Breath Work and Breath Therapy
Breath Work is a highly individual experiential process that uses specific breathing techniques to quickly and easily enter into a non-ordinary state of consciousness.
This trance state allows unconscious and previously repressed thoughts and emotions to rise to the surface. It allows transpersonal (being more attuned to others) wisdom and spiritual dimensions to become conscious. The process lends itself to deep self-exploration and glimpses into incredible transpersonal realms. Healing on many levels may occur.
Breath Work is based in ancient Eastern principles and healing practices. I may use Breath Work in both individual sessions and in a group format. Additionally, it is an important modality in PTI (Personal Transformation Intensive) group workshops.
